Vacation here we come!!

So Nick was entered into a contest at work and his name was randomly selected for a $1500 Expedia.com give away! The farthest east I have been is Minnesota. The farthest west I have been is California. The farthest south I have been is Tijuana. And the farthest north I have been is Canada...Needless to say I am very excited to get off of this continent!! Where would you reccommend to go?

Hmmm ... you could do the traditional Hawaii, but if I were you I'd do something more like Puerto Rico & the Dominican Republic ... or Chile (my favorite of all the places we've lived and my parents could tell you an awesome & relatively cheap resort to stay at) ... or maybe London or France or ITALY! Ooooh, that sounds fun! Yeah, I'm having an awesome time spending your vacation winning! :)

By the way, if things work out as I have them planned (laugh) we'll be passing through Utah at the very end of May. Will you be around so I can get a hair cut?

We are going to Hawaii in May (Christmas present from the very generous in laws!) for two weeks and will be back on the 27th I believe...Will you still be around?

Here's what you do...drive down to California and leave the baby with grandma Carolee, if you're not totally nursing, then take a cruise from Long Beach to Cabo! Don't bother with the one to Puerta Vallerta and Mazatlan. Take the one to Cabo and Ensenada. It's a no brainer...you get your room, food, and entertainment. Carnival is fun!
Been there, done that a few times.

OMG! Yes I do recommend it! If you go, you will have to go to Atlantis because thats a lot of fun. I hear the Mexican cruises are pretty fun too though. I have never been on one, but my parents have and they liked it :) The nice thing about cruises too is everything is paid for except for alcohol and soda. All the water and juice and food is included in the price!!!yipee!!!! I love your son. He is adorable!
